KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Lanterns carrying messages of love, hope and faith illuminated the water at Chilhowee Park Saturday night.
The Water Lantern Festival at Chilhowee Park gives people the chance to launch their own personal messages into the water.
Each lantern drifts out into the water as it joins other lanterns carrying messages of hope, love, happiness, healing, peace and connection.
