Dollywood sponsoring national cornbread contest

Willing to bet your cornbread recipe is a national winner? Here's your chance to test that theory.

The National Cornbread Cook-off is taking entries for cornbread cookers. The festival itself will take place on April 27 in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.

Entries must be complete by January 31.

The champion will receive a $15,000 cash prize and a 30-inch stainless steel gas range from FiveStar Professional Cooking Equipment and special gifts from Martha White and Lodge Cast Iron.

Second place wins $1,500 and third place wins $1,000. The two remaining finalists walk away with $150.

All finalists will receive up to $500 travel reimbursement and a gift basket courtesy of Martha White and Lodge Cast Iron.
