KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) - Walmart rolled out online grocery delivery this week in the Knoxville area.

Customers can visit Walmart's website or download the Walmart Grocery app, enter their ZIP codes and begin making their shopping list. They can then choose a time to pay for the oder to be delivered and pay the delivery fee at the time of checkout.

Trained personal shoppers will then select the customer's items and be delivered via a delivery partner.

Customers can get their first order delivered for free with promo code FRESHCAR with a $50 minimum order. Delivery charges are normally a flat $9.95 per delivery, no subscription required. Walmart says its prices are the same through its delivery services as they are in the store.

Grocery delivery is available at 10 stores in the Knoxville area with plans to expand to 100 more metro areas by the end of the year.
