Rallies Planned In Tennessee To Fight For Immigrant Families

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Marches have been planned all over the country on Saturday to fight for immigrant families.

The "Families Belong Together" rallies aim to send a message to the Trump administration and members of Congress.

Their goal? Permanently end the separation of children from their parents who illegally cross the border.

The following rallies are planned in the Mid-State:

  • Murfreesboro, 9 a.m. at Representative DesJarlais' Office in the 300 block of West Main Street
  • Nashville, 10 a.m. at Fannie Mae Dees Park
  • Smyrna, 3 p.m. downtown
  • Cookeville, 4 p.m. at the town square
