NASHVILLE, TN – Aug. 7, 2019 – North Italia brings its signature, handcrafted Italian cuisine, opening on Wednesday, Aug. 28, as part of the recent redevelopment of The Mall at Green Hills.

The Fox Restaurant Concepts brand will introduce diners to its house made pastas, pizzas and small plates in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s comfortable enough for a casual lunch and special enough for a celebratory dinner.

North Italia creates every dish on its extensive menu with the freshest ingredients, consistently delivering quality Italian favorites made from scratch. Serving lunch, dinner, weekday happy hour and weekend brunch, menu highlights include the Grilled Artichoke with sea salt, truffle, Grana Padano cheese and lemon aioli; Short Rib Radiatori with Parmesan cream, fresh horseradish, wilted arugula and herbed breadcrumbs; as well as Chef’s Daily Pizza and a selection of classic Italian desserts. North Italia also offers a kids’ menu ranging from spaghetti to grilled cheese.

The cocktail menu is expertly crafted by Mat Snapp, beverage director of Fox Restaurant Concepts. Popular signature cocktails include the Quiet Italian Gentleman, a hearty cocktail made with Bulleit Rye, Carpano Antica, Campari and amaretto; Life in Italics, a refreshing sipper featuring Aviation Gin with Italicus Rosolio, peach, lavender and tonic; and the Sicilian Margarita, a vibrant burst of flavor featuring Gran Centenario Anejo, Solerno blood orange and lime. Guests can also sip on locally crafted brews and an impressive selection of red and white wines.

At 7,000 square feet, the Nashville location of North Italia boasts a full bar and expansive dining room and patio.
