After taking the Oath of Office just after noon Saturday, Governor Bill Lee and supporters enjoyed a night of celebration.

Thousands joined Lee and his family for two inaugural balls at the Music City Center in Nashville.

“I supported him. I love him and his wife. He’ll be a great governor for Tennessee after the wonderful Bill Haslam,"
Hash Hashemian, a Knoxville native, said.

Supporters and friends dawned tuxedos and evening gowns for a night of music, dancing and other festivities.

“It’s nice to have somebody who has the passion and the ability and service. His heart is in it and he was called to serve,"
Beth Winstead said.

Guests were treated to a special live performance from Country Music Star Luke Bryan. He sang a few songs including 'Here's to the Farmer', which the Governor and his wife Maria selected as their first dance.

Tickets for the first ball were $250, the second ball was only $50. Both balls were sold out.
