Statewide AMBER Alert issued for missing three-week-old

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WATE) - An AMBER Alert was issued early Wednesday in the case of a missing infant out of Memphis.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an amber alert for 3-week-old Steven Smith of Memphis. Smith was taken by his non-custodial father Stevie Boyd, 21.
